Two on-site pharmacies are available, one at the Victoria Parade Medical Centre, the other at the Clarendon Street site, for patient pharmaceutical needs as well as a range of gifts for adults, children and new mothers. Gift wrapping is also available.

The Epworth Florist services all Epworth Hospital Campuses, 7 days a week. The florist provides the highest quality flower arrangements with FREE delivery to all Epworth Hospital Campuses.

Public transport and parking
Parking
Patients can enter Epworth Freemasons via the main entrance on Clarendon Street, which provides wheelchair access. There is a 15 minute parking area directly outside the main entrance and metered parking ranging from one to eight hours in the surrounding streets. Strict time restrictions do apply and patients and their relatives are advised to adhere to the restrictions at all times. If possible, you should arrange for a friend or family member to drive you to Hospital.
Patients can enter the Medical Centre via the main entrance in Victoria Parade or via the western entrance for wheelchair access. There is an underground car park located next to the Medical Centre in Victoria Parade for which commercial rates are charged. A 15 minute free parking area is available on Level 1 of the car park for the collection of Day Procedure patients. Please note that Day Surgery patients will not be permitted to drive themselves home.
Public Transport
Epworth Freemasons is well-served by public transport.
Take either tram number 109 or 42 from Collins Street or the number 34 tram from La Trobe Street and alight at stop 15 on Victoria Parade. Alternatively, take tram number 48 or 75 from Flinders Street and alight at stop 11 on Wellington Parade.
By train; alight at either Jolimont Station or Parliament Station. From Jolimont, Epworth Freemasons is a five-minute walk up Clarendon Street.
From Parliament it is a slightly longer walk through Fitzroy Gardens.

There are 2 ATM machines at Epworth Freemasons. Clarendon Street campus located on ground floor (opposite reception) and Victoria Parade Medical Centre, ground floor at 320 Victoria Parade.
