We understand that the support of family, friends and carers can play an important part in a patient's hospital stay. Visitors are required to report to the ward nursing station prior to entering a patient's room.
Please note that long visits can tire patients, therefore we recommend that visitors stay for short periods only, particularly immediately after procedure. In the interests of patients, we ask that visitors are restricted to two at a time by the bedside and that children are kept with parents at all times.

Car Parking Arrangements for Visitors
The hospital has an underground parking facility located at Epwort Freemasons, 320 Victoria Parade, East Melbourne. Discount parking is available to visitors (1 per patient per day). Alternatively there is underground parking at Mercy Car Park in Grey Street. No discount parking applies.
Epworth Freemasons is well serviced by metered parking on Clarendon and Victoria Parade as well as surrounding streets such as Grey and Albert Streets. (However parking restrictions do apply).
