division, led by the Executive Medical Director, Dr Peter Dohrmann, and the
Group Manager – Medical Services, Liz Morton.
Medical Services works to provide a high level of administrative services and support to all Epworth HealthCare medical staff. The team ensures that cooperative relationships are developed and maintained between specialists and key stakeholders in line with Epworth strategic and operational objectives.

Credentialling of Medical Practitioners
All doctors who work at Epworth HealthCare require formal accreditation via a strict legal process set out in the Epworth Foundation By-Laws. This requires that the doctor provide documentation of medical qualification, specialist training and experience, medical defence insurance and professional references to support their application to practice at Epworth HealthCare
