Our model of care is unique and incorporates a multi-disciplinary approach. At each visit you will receive a complete clinical assessment by a female doctor skilled in breast examination. Specialist radiology of the breast using mammogram and/or ultrasound techniques is then provided.
After your mammogram and/or ultrasound the same doctor will explain the results of the test and provide advice on breast self-examination and the future care of your breasts.
Should the doctor feel that a specialist opinion is required, a breast surgeon is available at the Clinic each day.
Given the comprehensive nature of the service we ask that you allow four hours to complete the appointment.
Group bookings
Many women attend the Breast Clinic together with a friend or relative. For group bookings of five or more people, please ask to speak with the Practice Manager.
Our staff
The female doctors provide a professional and caring approach to health care delivery. If problems exist, they can offer you individual advice and treatment options.
To attend the Clinic a doctor’s referral is not required and part of our fees are recoverable from Medicare.
