Food and Drink
While there are no café facilities on site, there are several cafes and restaurants in walking distance of Epworth Cliveden. Visitor meals are available on request and charged accordingly to patient accounts.
Pharmacy
Pharmacy services for patients are provided by Slade Pharmacy. Any medication required by a patient following their discharge is delivered prior to discharge. A separate invoice will be provided, along with details of payment options following discharge.
For visitors, the nearest retail pharmacy is Pyman’s Pharmacy, located around the corner from Epworth Cliveden at 84 Wellington Parade, phone 9419 4464.

The Epworth Florist services all Epworth Hospital Campuses, 7 days a week. The florist provides the highest quality flower arrangements with FREE delivery to all Epworth Hospital Campuses.
Orders for flowers can be arranged via www.epworthflorist.com.au or by telephoning 03 9426 6124 or 03 9421 5885 between 8.30am and 8.30pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 7.00pm Saturday, and 10.00am to 7.00pm Sunday.

Public transport and parking
Parking
There is no onsite parking for visitors or patients at Epworth Cliveden, but parking is available in the surrounding streets. Please take note of time allocations and have some change available if a ticket is required.
Off street, long term parking is available at:
- Epworth Richmond on Bridge Road
- Epworth Freemasons, next to the Medical Centre in Victoria Parade
- The Hilton Hotel on Bridge Road
Please note that these car parks are all within a 10 minute walk from Epworth Cliveden but fees do apply.
Public Transport
Epworth Cliveden is well-served by public transport.
If you are travelling from the city by tram, take tram number 75 from Flinders Street or tram number 48 from Collins Street and alight at stop 13 on Wellington Parade. Alternatively, take either tram number 109 or 42 from Collins Street and alight at stop 17 on Victoria Parade.
By train; alight at either Jolimont Station or West Richmond station. From West Richmond, Epworth Cliveden is a five-minute walk.
