Cardiac Rehabilitation Services

Epworth Rehabilitation provides comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation with intensive inpatient programs aimed at:

• Maximising physical functioning and recovery
• Assisting and encouraging behaviours that minimise the risk of further cardiac problems
• Improving confidence, psychological and social functioning
• Enabling patients to resume a normal lifestyle

The programs provide education, encouragement and opportunity to practice lifestyle changes in daily activities as well as help to build community support networks for patients and their families.
