Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation

Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation targets individuals with musculoskeletal injuries or pain conditions. We aim to assist the individual to return to normal function and to achieve independence in managing their condition.

Treatment is offered on an individual and group basis and targets both acute and chronic conditions. Treatment programs are tailored to meet the individual’s needs and focus on:

• Improving strength
• Increasing flexibility
• Improving self sufficiency
• Education for self management following discharge from rehabilitation
• Recommendation of home supports and/or assistive equipment
• Pain Management
