Epworth HealthCare's outpatient rehabilitation programs aim to restore productivity, independence and function for individuals in their lifestyle and community following discharge from hospital.
The intensity of the program may vary as time progresses and is reviewed and modified as function improves and quality of life is maximised.
Therapy may be offered on an outpatient or day therapy basis. This would be discussed with your Rehabilitation Physician.
