At Epworth HealthCare, we offer work experience placements to high school students in year 10 and 11. Our program provides students with an insight into the organisation and health care industry.
We have four divisions that offer placements to students for the work experience program:
- Epworth Richmond
- Epworth Eastern
- Epworth Freemasons
- Epworth Rehabilitation
Within these divisions, a number of wards and departments participate in the program. Students are given an opportunity to spend one week working across these wards and departments to observe and participate in the daily activities of the hospital.
The program is very popular and places are limited. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a placement to all applicants. We encourage you to apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Applications for 2008 have closed as all of our placements have been filled. We are now accepting applications for the 2009 work experience program.
