Epworth HealthCare conducts a very active education program for General Practitioners, including:
- During each year, special education sessions are arranged including a Headache and Migraine seminar, a 2-week Palliative Care course and a 6-week comprehensive Cardiology course
In addition to the education activities, Epworth Ricchmond assists General Practitioners by providing:

The GP facilitation office is also looking at the ways in which Epworth communicates with General Practitioners when their patients are admitted to the hospital. A greater emphasis will be placed on supplying information when patients attend the Emergency Department or are admitted through the Emergency Department.
