What are the common signs of Tourette’s syndrome?
Tourette's syndrome typically begins in childhood, usually between the ages of two and 15. Common symptoms can include:
- Motor tics (involuntary movements)
- Vocal tics (involuntary vocalisations)

We will conduct a thorough evaluation to ensure an accurate diagnosis. A diagnosis of Tourette’s syndrome usually involves a combination of the following:
- A comprehensive medical history and symptom assessment by a neurologist
- Physical examination
- Medical imaging such as an MRI
