Epworth Freemasons has an excellent reputation for the variety, presentation and nutritional quality of our meals. The dietitian and food services departments work together to cater for the special dietary needs of our patients.

We have a large range of special diets available to meet our patients’ individual nutritional needs and for those wishing to observe religious, cultural or personal principles.

Our Clarendon Street hospital offers a seven-day cyclical menu with a wide variety of choices. Our Victoria Parade campus, which caters for our maternity patients, has an a la carte menu which also offers chef specials each day. Meals are also available for the patient’s partner. Both styles of   menu provide excellent choice, nutritional value and flavour.

We provide our patients with a choice of meals that are cooked fresh in our kitchens using local quality ingredients. We also offer a morning tea, afternoon tea and supper.

Our menu monitors visit the wards numerous times per day to deliver and collect patient menus but are also available to assist patients with their meal selection. A dietitian is also available for those requiring further assistance or education to help meet their individual requirements.
