Dr Yong has received formal training in Urogynaecology and provide services to women with pelvic floor disorders such as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence, bladder pain, voiding disorders, recurrent urinary tract infection, postpartum bladder and bowel dysfunction, obstetrics anal sphincter injury and general gynaecological disorders. Dr Yong wishes to raise public awareness on pelvic floor issues and provide individualised care to improve patient's quality of life. He frequently collaborates with the multidisciplinary team, focusing on conservative management of pelvic floor disorders. He also has special interest in minimal access surgery and has received formal training in laparoscopic pelvic floor reconstruction.
