After completing her advanced training in northwest Tasmania and in Geelong, Emily became a Staff Specialist at the University Hospital Geelong where she still works. Emily is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and is active in teaching and training for medical students and junior doctors. Emily’s research interests are maternal critical illness and service provision for women in rural and regional areas.
