A referral from your GP, a Specialist or other health professional is required to access most Epworth services and some can be called directly by the patient including our Allied Health Clinic, GP Clinic, Men’s Health Clinic and Jean Hailes at Epworth Freemasons as well as our Breast Services, Epworth Sports and Exercise Medicine Group and Epworth HealthCheck.

Ophthalmology at Epworth Freemasons

Eye surgery at Epworth Freemasons is performed at the Day Procedure Centre in Victoria Parade.

Epworth's specialist group of Ophthalmologists and state-of-the-art equipment and facilities are supported by a team of caring specialist nurses with significant experience and additional training in surgical eye procedures.

Following surgery, our eye patients receive the support and care of clinical nurse specialists. Our specialist eye surgeons are all associated with Melbourne's major teaching hospitals and regularly participate in education programs for hospital staff, GPs and fellow medical professionals.
