Session Overview
Since the start of the COVID-19 global pandemic, it quickly became clear that patients have managed and recovered from COVID-19 very differently. Blood clotting and long-term symptoms have been two commonly discussed side effects that have affected patients differently depending on many factors.
Dr Tze Ven Jong will provide an update on coagulation studies = in both interpreting them and the diagnostic workup of coagulopathies.
Dr Aaron Walton will then go onto provide a review of the state of the science on post-COVID syndrome, with advice on clinical assessment, possible therapeutic approaches and discussion of available referral pathways.
This GP Education webinar is hosted by Epworth Geelong and will include case-based presentations and the opportunity for Q&A with our speakers.
