Overview
Mr Lachlan Batty will present an interactive, case-based presentation regarding knee conditions seen in general practice. Using the ‘Murtagh diagnostic model’, the aim is to highlight the thought processes in making a diagnosis from the perspective of an orthopaedic knee surgeon. It will also review the indications for advanced imaging, highlight non-operative optimisation strategies and discuss when referral to a specialist is indicated.
