About
A/Prof Jim Tsaltas is head of gynaecological minimally invasive and endometriosis surgery at Monash Health and Monash University. He is also a clinical director at Melbourne IVF. His main research interests are in endometriosis, adenomyosis, fibroids and the impact of these disorders on infertility and IVF. He is the training director of the Monash/AGES (Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society) Laparoscopic Training Program having also been a President of AGES.A/Prof Jim Tsaltas strives to help his patients manage their complex surgical and/or infertility issues. He takes a holistic approach focusing on patient specific outcomes ensuring patients understand their condition and treatment to get the best possible outcomes. His caring attitude and expertise has resulted in many word of mouth referrals from both his patients and his colleagues.
