About

Dr Alon Talmor is a leading British trained Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Fertility specialist. He is an experienced, compassionate and caring doctor with a special interest in all areas of fertility affecting male and female patients. Dr Talmor has substantial experience looking after patients who have had miscarriages, patients with underlying genetic conditions, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility preservation and all other aspects related to fertility. Dr Talmor dedicates his time getting to know his patients, ensuring they understand what their diagnosis means for them, and empowering them to make informed decisions regarding their treatment.

Following completion of his medical training and PhD in Genetics & Molecular Biology, Dr Talmor completed his O&G training and fellowship in units in Cambridge and London, before moving to Australia. He is actively engaged in research and education, and is a Senior Lecturer at the faculty of Medicine at Monash University. Dr Talmor is also a training Supervisor at Monash Hospital and sits on a variety of committees including the Epworth Women’s and Children’s Clinical Institute Executive Committee, Monash IVF Medical Advisory Committee and RANZCOG. He is a regular speaker in both national and international meetings and conferences.
