I am a specialist anaesthetist who works in all aspects of surgery except for cardiac surgery. I completed medical school training at Wollongong University, and following a short period as an intensive care registrar, I embarked on anaesthesia training at the Royal Darwin Hospital, this continued with several years at the Gold Coast University Hospital, and Queensland Children’s Hospital. Finally I relocated to the south coast, to focus on regional anaesthesia as a provisional fellow at University Hospital Geelong.
I continue to work there in a part time capacity. I enjoy teaching Deakin University medical students, and junior Anaesthesia trainees. And when not at work, you will find me enjoying time with family or in the surf!
If you have any questions relating to your anaesthetic, please feel free to contact me via my rooms at Geelong Anaesthetic Group.
