About
Dr. Sajeev is a consultant cardiologist who graduated from medical school at the University of Otago, New Zealand. He moved to Melbourne to undertake his clinical and fellowship training. He has public and private appointments at Eastern Health and Epworth Eastern Hospital. Jithin completed his cardiology training through Eastern Health, Monash Health and Peninsula Health. After being awarded the Fellowship by the Royal Australian College of Physicians, he completed a fellowship in the management of cardiac rhythm abnormalities and cardiac device implantation. This includes the implantation of cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, loop recorders and cardiac resynchronisation therapy for heart failure. Dr. Sajeev approaches medical care as a partnership between the patient and the clinician. He strives to inform his patients about their medical condition to facilitate shared management decisions.
