About
Liam is originally from Rutherglen in North East Victoria. He graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours and completed his advanced training at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Austin Health. Liam obtained his is PhD from the University of Melbourne in 2017 and has undertaken a research fellowship at the University of British Columbia in Canada. Liam is currently Deputy Director of the Department of Respiratory Medicine at Northern Health and has an honorary appointment at Austin Health in addition to consulting at Epworth Geelong. He is a Clinical Senior Lecturer in the Department of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne. Liam is experienced in the investigation and management of a wide range of sleep disorders and has a particular interest in complex respiratory sleep disorders, obstructive sleep apnoea and circadian rhythm disorders. He is committed to delivering personalised care to people with sleep problems.
