About
Dr Yang is a gastroenterologist, endoscopist and clinician-researcher. She graduated from The University of Melbourne with honours in 2012 and completed her gastroenterology training in 2019 through St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and University Hospital Geelong. This was followed by post-fellowship training as the advanced endoscopy and senior inflammatory bowel diseases fellow at St. Vincent's Hospital. Dr Yang has published widely on the measurement and improvement of quality of endoscopy, for which she has completed a Doctor of Philosophy. She is currently a core member of the functional gut and inflammatory bowel diseases clinics at St. Vincent's Hospital Melbourne. She is passionate about providing a holistic management approach to patients and is dedicated to her work.
Dr Yang is also fluent in Korean, which is an area of need among Victorian gastroenterologists.
