About

Dr Peter Prichard is a Melbourne and UK trained physician, who specialises in gastroenterology and hepatology, and the advanced endoscopic management of gastrointestinal conditions. He has a strong interest in the management of inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer and reflux disease, and liver disease. He also has extensive experience with diagnostic interventional gastroscopy and colonoscopy, Bravo capsule oesophageal acidity studies, capsule endoscopy of the small intestine (PillCam) and balloon enteroscopy of the small intestine. He has been consulting at Epworth Richmond since 1996. He also holds a public appointment as a visiting medical specialist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital where he undertakes outpatient clinics and endoscopy sessions, including teaching registrars the skills needed to provide a quality inclusive service. He aims to provide personal quality medical services in order to meet a patient's needs.
