Dr Samuel Soo graduated from Monash University and completed his training through Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne, Royal Prince Alfred and Westmead Hospitals in Sydney and is currently appointed at the Royal Womens Hospital. Dr Samuel Soo has been a Fertility and IVF specialist for over 10 years at Melbourne IVF and is currently one of the Clinical Directors of Melbourne IVF. Dr Soo is known for his expertise in Advanced Surgery (Open, Vaginal, Laparoscopic and Hysteroscopic) and he is one of the first Level 6 (highest level) Laparoscopic Gynaecological surgeons in Australia following his completion of advance Gynaecological fellowship in 2007. He is known for his expertise in Fibroid and Endometriosis management and a pioneer in the safety and technique of successful Laparoscopic Myomectomies and Hysterectomies. He is also one of the few accredited Training Supervisor of Advanced Gynaecological Surgeons. Dr Samuel Soo has also an interest in complex fertility and pregnancy management especially pregnancies conceived through fertility and IVF treatment.
