About
Professor Richard Page is a specialist orthopaedic shoulder and upper limb surgeon living and working in Geelong since 2003. He trained in Sydney, Victoria, the UK, Europe and the USA. With over 180 publications he is a reviewer for multiple journals and Associate Editor for the ANZ Journal of Surgery and the Journal of Wrist Surgery. His research interests include outcomes of shoulder and wrist & hand surgery, upper limb osteoarthritis, joint replacement surgery and a range of trauma topics. He is on the steering committee for the Victorian Orthopaedic Trauma Outcomes Registry (VOTOR), the Advisory Committee of Medical Devices for the TGA and the SESA Representative to the AOA National Joint Replacement Registry, CoChair of the International Shoulder Arthroplasty Consortium, Board Member and Scientific Secretary to The Australian Orthopaedic Association. He is the recipient of grants and awards from the Australian Orthopaedic Association Research Foundation, the Victorian Orthopaedic Research Trust and NHMRC.
