For GPs and Specialists: How to refer your patients
Epworth HealthCare has a large number of specialists working across our sites. To refer your patient to one of our specialists, please use one of the search tools below to find an appropriate specialist and their contact details:

For patients: How to be referred to Epworth
A referral from your GP, a Specialist or other health professional is required to access most Epworth services.
- The first step is to speak with your GP about a referral to an Epworth specialist.
- Your GP (or Specialist) will then fill out a referral form.
- Once your doctor sends your referral to the Epworth specialist, your referral is promptly reviewed by their team.
- Once your referral has been reviewed, you will be able to make an appointment to see the specialist.
