When should men see a urologist?
It is best to speak to your GP about your situation and their recommendations. See a urologist if:
- You are experiencing symptoms such as frequent urination, pain upon urinating, blood in urine or semen and sometimes pain in the back or pelvis.
- You have a family history of prostate cancer and are experiencing the above symptoms.
- You are aged 60 and above and have made a decision to start testing for prostate cancer.
