Who can apply: Employed Doctors and accredited Epworth VMOs who:

  • Have been a specialist for more than 5 years
  • Have been practising at Epworth for more than 2 years

Application period: TBA, cohort intake every 2 years.

Purpose:  Build leadership capability and the ability to lead innovation, while fostering a deeper sense of engagement and belonging at Epworth.

Proudly funded by the Epworth Medical foundation and Epworth HealthCare Board of Management we are proud to collaborate with Monash Business School to co-create and deliver a program for VMOs that builds leadership capability and the ability to lead innovation, while fostering a deeper sense of engagement and belonging at Epworth.

The result is a high impact, challenging and engaging leadership program for VMOs. The program comprises two core components:

  • Masterclass Series, offered to all Epworth VMOs
  • The Summit – a prestigious and compelling leadership journey offered to a select cohort of 24 Epworth doctors (bi-annual intake)

The program caters for a cohort of 24 doctors and is open for intake every second year.
