Epworth Freemasons has two theatre complexes, comprising ten operating theatres. The Operating Suite at the hospital's Clarendon Street Campus has five theatres and a twelve bay Post-Anaesthetic Care Unit.

In the hospital's nearby Medical Centre is a Day Procedure Centre, which is one of the largest and busiest of its kind in Melbourne.
This Centre is fully self-contained and includes
- Spacious Admissions area
- Four Operating theatres
- Endoscopy Room
- 22 bay Recovery Room and
- Discharge Lounge
Procedures are performed in a wide range of specialties including:

- Oral surgery
The Centre also services the needs of Obstetrics patients requiring caesarean sections, with an operating theatre located in the nearby Maternity Unit.

Telephone the Day Procedure Centre on 03 9418 8189 between 8.30am and 4.30pm on the business day before the day of your procedure to confirm your arrival time – generally 1 hour prior to surgery although this may vary for some procedures.
