A new chapter for Epworth Eastern has commenced, with the construction of its 14-storey East Wing Tower. The redevelopment strives to deliver a positive, meaningful and sustainable impact on the health and well-being of our community, delivering much needed health care services and facilities to Melbourne’s east.
Featuring a brand-new Hybrid Theatre
Our brand-new theatre complex will feature our Hybrid Theatre, designed to accommodate the most complex surgeries, as well as cutting-edge robotic technology, for minimally invasive procedures.
East Wing Tower will also deliver additional consulting suites, allowing our doctors and their colleagues to grow their practices, while ensuring patients have access to on site services to deliver an improved patient journey that is focused on continuity of care.
Recruitment for our redevelopment will provide our teams and our community with opportunity to work in an acute hospital setting, with some roles offering dedicated education and training opportunities to fill these skill shortage areas.
