The Clinical Coaching Refresher workshop is designed for health professionals who have previously completed the Clinical Coaching/Supervision program. This session revisits the fundamental principles of supporting and guiding learners in clinical environments. It focuses on creating learning opportunities, facilitating growth through coaching and feedback, and applying communication models essential for effective supervision.
Coaching and supervision are integral to our roles as health professionals, supporting lifelong learning and professional development for others.
Entry Requirements
- Completion of the Clinical Coaching/Supervision workshop (4 hours)
- Registered, Enrolled Nurse or Midwife at Epworth HealthCare
- Endorsement by your direct line Manager
Duration
- 1-hour workshop
- Multiple sessions offered at each Epworth site in January and May annually

This workshop is delivered using a combination of group work, reflection and practical activities to translate key concepts into practice.

Pathway to further study
Registered Nurses and Midwives who complete this workshop will have opportunities for further development and exploration of specialist and facilitation roles.
