These programs cultivate leaders who can effectively manage teams, drive innovation, and implement strategic initiatives to improve patient care:
Graduate leaders
Graduate Leaders is delivered as part of Development Day 3 of the Epworth Graduate Program. Staff undertaking the Graduate Program are automatically enrolled to participate in the leadership component of the course.
Emerging leaders
The Emerging Leaders program is a 1-day workshop designed for registered nurses and midwives who occasionally act up in charge, though without yet being in a formal leadership role.
Frontline leaders
The Frontline Leaders program is run across 3 days and delivered as 3 modules. Nurses and midwives working at this level have well-developed nursing skills, as ANUMs and early career Nurse Managers.
Advanced Practice Leaders
The Advanced Practice Leaders Program is offered over 2 consecutive days and is designed for nurses and midwives in advanced practice roles - including Clinical Nurse Consultants, Nurse Educators, Nurse Practitioners, and senior Nursing Support Services.
