Frontline Leaders

Progress your leadership capabilities by completing the Frontline Leaders program.

Frontline Leaders is a 3-day program offered over a 6-week period and is designed for Registered Nurses and Midwives who are working in the ANUM role at Epworth.

Our clinical leaders across Epworth HealthCare hold a key leadership role that is integral to ensure effective management of a department. This is achieved through balancing and prioritising the operational requirements and patient centered clinical care, whilst demonstrating self-awareness and understanding behavioural impact on others.
