Many gynaecologists treat endometriosis, both with medical and surgical therapies. The most severe stage of endometriosis (stage 4, including endometriosis with bowel lesions) can only be treated surgically by specialists with advanced training, for example A.G.E.S training. Consider your personal situation when selecting your gynaecologist.
