The Epworth Geelong women’s health clinic is a comprehensive health assessment and advice service provided exclusively for women from adolescence to mature age.

The dedicated women’s health clinic provides women of Greater Geelong with an opportunity to see female general practitioners who are experts in supporting the physical and emotional health and wellbeing of women.

Fees

The women’s health clinic is a private service and fees are payable at the time of consultation (Medicare rebate claimable). You don’t need private health insurance to make an appointment.

Our reception staff can provide fee information upon booking your initial appointment or making an enquiry.

What to bring:

  • Medicare card
  • Payment for your consultation fee (cash / VISA / MasterCard)
  • Private health insurance card
  • Pension card
  • Healthcare card
  • Letters from your GP or other healthcare providers relating to your health or medical history
  • List of current medications or prescriptions

Making an appointment

A referral is not required to make an appointment and part of our fees are recoverable from Medicare.

The Epworth Geelong Women’s Health Clinic general practitioners are available by appointment on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

To make an appointment contact the clinic on 03 5271 7855 during office hours from 8am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.

When making a booking, please indicate the type of appointment you require so we are able to allocate the suitable length of time (i.e. women’s health check or do you have concerns about a specific problem(s)). This is particularly important for first-time visitors. Rest assured that all information will be handled discreetly and in strictest confidence.
