I grew up in Melbourne and completed my medical degree at Monash University before taking off on a working circuit around Australia. After completing four years of Emergency Medicine training in Perth, Darwin and I saw the light in Cairns and commenced Anaesthetic speciality training. I completed this training in Geelong, including a provisional Fellowship in Regional Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine. My time is divided between Geelong Anaesthetic Group and Barwon Health, where I am involved in supervision of anaesthetic trainees, acute pain medicine and cardiopulmonary exercise testing. I provide anaesthetic care for most surgical and medical procedural specialities, excluding open heart surgery or very young children.
My other interests include spending time with family and friends and keeping fit. I also have a case of wanderlust only just kept at bay by regular holidays and the possibility of future travel. If you have any questions relating to your anaesthetic, please feel free to contact me via my rooms at Geelong Anaesthetic Group.
