About

Dr Tjia completed training in paediatrics in 2005, and has continued working in both outpatient paediatrics, and paediatric emergency medicine (most recently at Monash) from that time on. He was awarded a PhD by the University of Queensland in 2015. His clinical areas of interest include infant and childhood growth and development, asthma, eczema, and seizures; and common concerns such as childhood headache, abdominal pain, vomiting and cough. He has a particular interest in the lives of twins since becoming father to three wonderful daughters, including twins.
