Sally is a dedicated, approachable female gastroenterologist with over a decade of extensive experience in all areas of complex gastroenterology. She trained at St Vincents and Concord Hospital Sydney and was awarded her doctoral thesis entitled Dietary Fibre and FODMAPs in Inflammatory Bowel Disease in 2010. Sally is heavily involved in research and education. She has publications in prestigious local and international journals (namely Internal Medicine Journal and Gut), tutors undergraduates and Advanced Trainees and is a regular supervisor for Endoscopic Training for physicians, surgeons and nurse endoscopists.
