Karen Lowe

Karen Lowe has a broad range of experience across many industries including chartered accounting, utilities, steel, professional services, banking and health. She has a Bachelor of Business and Master in Labour Law. She has developed her passion for people through a variety of roles including shared services, finance, human resources and general management roles. Prior to joining Monash Health in 2016 Karen, was Head of Human Resources – Branch Banking for NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank based in Scotland. Karen’s most recent role was Executive Director People and Culture and Pathology Monash Health.
