- 5 pitted dates
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup peanuts or 1 tbsp Mayvers peanut butter
- Soy or almond milk
- Chia/LSA/seeds as desired
Steps
- Blend all ingredients in a good quality blender. Serve cold.
