Advanced Practice Program (APP)
The APP is a professional development opportunity to assist Registered and Enrolled nurses working in acute and subacute areas to grow, develop and succeed.
Delivery of this program is through case study exploration, and will consolidate and extend your clinical assessment, decision making and nursing management of complex patient presentations.
The program
The program runs over 3 study days, 09.00 – 15.00 and has two intake dates each year in May and October.
Eligible applicants must:
- Work in a clinical unit at Epworth HealthCare
- Be a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, who has completed an early years program (not currently undertaking a graduate program)
- Have discussed and sought pre-approval by your Nurse Unit Manager
