Emergency attendance fee - effective 1 July 2025 This fee has no rebate by Medicare or refund through private health insurance.	Epworth Richmond $510: Medicare card holder. $620: Non-Medicare card holders. Includes international patients. Epworth Geelong * ^{_{* AFL Barwon discount offer no longer available}} $320: Medicare card holder. $550: Non-Medicare card holder. Includes international patients.
Epworth Pathology For full billing policy visit www.epworthpathology.org.au	Epworth Richmond $150 Capped out-of-pocket costs for Medicare-claimable outpatient pathology tests. Epworth Geelong $150 Capped out-of-pocket costs for Medicare-claimable outpatient pathology tests.
Radiology Victoria Includes X-ray, CT, ultrasound, nuclear medicine (Richmond only), fluoroscopy and emergency radiology procedures. Excludes non-rebateable MRI – additional fees apply.	Epworth Richmond $275 Capped out of pocket costs for Medicare-claimable outpatient medical imaging. Epworth Geelong $225 Capped out of pocket costs for Medicare-claimable outpatient medical imaging.
