Overview
Join Epworth Cardiologist Dr Ojas Mehta for an immersive and interactive workshop designed to deepen your understanding of ECGs.
This session offers a unique opportunity to engage with GP colleagues, present & discuss ECGs from your practice, and gain practical insights into the fundamentals and complexities of ECG interpretation.
Through dynamic discussions and real-time demonstrations at Epworth Richmond’s Education Centre, you'll explore:
- The principles behind ECG readings
- Common and uncommon cardiac rhythms
- Clinical scenarios and decision-making based on ECG findings
Learning Outcomes
- Discuss and interpret common cardiac arrhythmias including the underlying mechanisms, clinical significance and potential treatment
- Outline a structured systemic approach to heart rhythm and ECG interpretation

- 1.5 CPD hr: 1 hr Educational activities, 0.5 hr Reviewing performance
