Overview
In this session, Dr Mitali Das, Psychiatrist, will discuss current clinical guidelines and referral criteria for specialist treatment including relevant case studies.
The second half of the session will enable GPs to discuss cases seen in their practice. We encourage GPs to bring along case studies for group discussion at the session.
Learning Outcomes
- Describe current clinical practice guidelines to assess and determine appropriate treatment for patients
- Discuss detection, management and appropriate referral for specialist treatment
