Barry is an experienced People and Culture Executive, with further Executive experience leading Community Relations; Health, Safety, Environment and Quality; Information Technology; Internal Communications; and Supply Chain.

While Barry's experience spans numerous industries, organisations and countries, his core professional focus lies in supporting healthcare leaders and teams to meet the needs of our communities in order to deliver exceptional healthcare. Barry also has significant experience both as a Board Chair and Director, including in multiple 'for purpose' organisations, and as a Board and Executive leadership advisor.
