The Ethel Gray Benevolent Fund distributes the generosity of Epworth employees to directly help patients, their families, or colleagues at a time of need.

The fund can be used to support an inpatient or current employee of Epworth:

  • transport or accommodation for visiting family
  • provision of meals or personal needs on discharge
  • cost of Epworth outpatient programs
  • pro bono surgery
  • support a colleague facing significant personal or career challenges 

Application process for staff

  1. Download and complete the application form (DOC)
  2. Get your application endorsed by the relevant Department Manager or Social Work team member
  3. Submit form via email to [email protected]

Application process for patients

Contact Pastoral Care, Social Work or a Nurse Unit Manager at your site for assistance.

Epworth employees are invited to support the fund by making a gift via their payroll. Participation is completely voluntary and every contribution counts. Complete the form to the right to register your support.
