The Ethel Gray Benevolent Fund distributes the generosity of Epworth employees to directly help patients, their families, or colleagues at a time of need.
The fund can be used to support an inpatient or current employee of Epworth:
- transport or accommodation for visiting family
- provision of meals or personal needs on discharge
- cost of Epworth outpatient programs
- pro bono surgery
- support a colleague facing significant personal or career challenges
Application process for staff
- Download and complete the application form (DOC)
- Get your application endorsed by the relevant Department Manager or Social Work team member
- Submit form via email to [email protected]

Contact Pastoral Care, Social Work or a Nurse Unit Manager at your site for assistance.

Epworth employees are invited to support the fund by making a gift via their payroll. Participation is completely voluntary and every contribution counts. Complete the form to the right to register your support.
