Dr Anoop Koshy is an Interventional, Structural and General Cardiologist based at Epworth Hospital, The Royal Melbourne Hospital and the Austin Hospital. After completing his training in General Cardiology training at Eastern Health and Monash Heart in 2017, he undertook four years of advanced sub-specialisation in Interventional and Structural Heart Interventions at Austin Health and at the prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Centre in New York.

Dr Koshy's clinical focus includes general and interventional cardiology, such as chest pain assessment, arrhythmias, coronary angioplasty, coronary calcium modification, and intravascular imaging. Additionally, Anoop also specialises in management of patients with aortic stenosis using keyhole Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI), Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge-Repair for mitral regurgitation using MitraClip and patent foramen ovale closure, with extensive experience.

Dr Koshy is the Head of Cardiac Services for the Victorian Liver Transplant Unit at Austin Health, and is a dedicated medical researcher with over 100 publications in some of the world's top cardiology journals and book chapters in coronary and structural heart disease. He prioritises personalised patient care, ensuring patients and their families feel heard, valued, and receive compassionate attention.
