You can book with the Epworth Priority Lung Screening Assessment Service (EPLSAS) once your GP has completed a referral following your National Lung Cancer Screening results.

Request from your GP, a completed National Lung Cancer Screening Program- Low-dose CT request form (external link) to take to your preferred imaging provider.
Return to your GP to review your screening results.
If an abnormality is found, your GP can refer you to the Epworth Priority Lung Screening Assessment Service (EPLSAS)

Once we receive your referral, our admission team will contact you within 24 hours with next steps.

1. Ask your GP

for the National Lung Cancer Screening Program low-dose CT.

2. Review your results

with your GP.

3. GP refers you

to the Epworth Priority Lung Screening Assessment Service (EPLSAS).

4. Epworth contacts you

within 24 hours to arrange your appointment.
