As an Australia-trained Breast (Oncoplasty), Endocrine, and General Surgeon, Associate Professor Tsao has 15 years of surgical experience. He works in both public and private hospitals, offering patients a selection of treatment options.

Associate Professor Tsao trained as a General Surgeon at the Royal Melbourne and The Alfred Hospital before completing two years of subspecialist Breast and Endocrine training at St. Vincent's Hospital. He further pursued an Oncoplastic Breast and Endocrine fellowship at the prestigious St. George's Hospital in London. A/Prof Tsao is fluent in Mandarin and offers consultations in Chinese.
